Picked up the Ford Racing J springs M5300-J, made by Eibach in a Pro Kit box. (good price)

The fronts are 650lbs and the rears are 570lbs.

The numbers on the springs are 3510.301 Fronts and 3590.002 rear.

The Eibach pro kit # is 3590.140.

Are these J springs the same springs the same as the Eibachs but with a Ford specific part #?

Also, are they linear or progressive?

What do they look like? The Eibach pro kit is progressive.

Are the spring coils all about equally spaced? Linear.

Are they closer together towards the ends? Progressive.

The coils are tighter at one end = progressive.
I'll post some pics when I get them on. Does anyone know the Eibach spring rates, I am curious to know if the Ford J springs are the same as the Eibach Pro Kit?
