Plenty has. You need to modify the hat to make it work. Just search modified fuel hat

I've had GT pumps and KB BAP with stock FPDM on my 96 for 5 years, never had a single problem.I just removed the plastic cover from FPDM

Did you have to modify the stock hat at all? What did removing the cover from the fpdm do? I've never even seen one so I have no clue.

I thought you're little bit more familiar with these cars. all you have to do is modify the wiring as stock pumps use different connectors then GT pumps.It keeps the FPDM cooler without the cover
