Just go back and watch it in slo-mo. Blue Cobra? You must have seen it.

Wow, I would love to master any of those series turns the way he has.

As i said, the video is almost funny because of how fast that things is... did you see the oil/coolant temps? That thing can probably ran all day long!!! The previous lap was a 1:49... LOL

I am not 100% sure what's his fastest section compared to a normal car, the upper esses at 140+mph or turn 1 at 60mph?..heck even Oak tree he drives it at 50mph!! WTF... Obviously he ran out of gear in the straights, so its the only place where a normal car can be faster :)

This is precisely why people strive to make their race cars as light as possible.

Weight is a buzzkill! :cryying:

How do you know, can you see the oil trail? :burn:

Dave, my gearing is perfect for the front straight, but I need to shift to o/d way before T-14. Don't like that. :nonono:

Yeah, ran out of gear at VIR, too.
7000 rpm in 4th is 157 in the A/Sedan car going into one. Plenty fast.

I was gonna say... I run out of speedometer on the back straight... never happened on the front straight

I should run out of gear at 170... never gonna happen :)

Reminds me of when I watched the Rolex race at VIR a few weeks ago and the daytona prototypes were running there I felt like I was watching it in fast forwards while they flew through those S's.
