Actually that's not correct . When I was in the military we had a shitload of 2007 GMC Sierra 2500's and some had the new look and some had the old look.

Maybe they were built in '06 but they should have been titled as '07 if they are the new style.

Negative, they were all titled 2007, the only difference was the old body style ones were called "Classic" but they were still 2007 models and were purchased the same time(end of 2006) as the 2007 models with the "New" body.

Just another weird thing GM did I guess.
