I got my CG towels in yesterday and washed them first as recommended. I am so freakin mad right now. I left an ink pen in my pants pocket the previous wash and didn't see it. I now have ink splotches in half my new towels. At least 1/4 of them are ruined. I've been cussing the last 12 hours straight.

Where did you see you had to wash them first? I don't see that anywhere.

You should always wash MF towels before using them. Many times debris becomes attached to them during shipping, handling and packing. All it takes is one tiny piece of debris in one towel to scratch snd swirl your paint.

Are they the ones I recommended? If not, which ones did you get? And are you liking them?

I ordered those and a few others. The red ones are a good detail spray towel or final buff but I think the Pakshak's versions for wax removal (silver surfer) and final buff (velvety blue) are a step above. The SS has a more tacky feel to it, which to me polishes sealant/wax off much better than a plush type mf. The VB is sooo dang soft you could sleep with it. Call and order two to try, you won't be disappointed.
