It looks amazing, I would be interested if they equipped it with a Coyote and the new A10.
beautiful but its gonna probably be $65,000 msrp...
also you can rest assured it will not have a v8 as the navigator and expedition are only available with 3.5 ecoboost
Idk if I'm just getting old, but all of Lincoln's models are amazing. I wish there were a v8 option in this and the continental (definitely the continental), and I would be in one immediately.
Wondering if this will be the platform for the new Bronco too whenever/if ever it come out.
We are getting a new mach1? Where can I read about this?
@13COBRA do you sell Lincolns? Wendy is getting tired of driving the F250 so may be looking for something mid next year. She doesn't want another Explorer. Test drove a Edge and hated it. So far she's leaning to a GLC 63s, pricey even with my discount. So depending on price this maybe an alternative.
Yes. I sell Lincoln's through a buddy of mines store. We sell 20 or so Lincolns a year for them, and their yearly average is 40.
I'm not going to lie, I'm considering an Aviator. It looks beautiful and I love that it's on a RWD platform.
Agreed, I think many will.
As much as I doubt they'll do it, the Mustang 5.0/10A is the right move to bring people back to Lincoln.
3.0 EcoBoost AWD base, V8 RWD optional?
Ford showed a 2020 Explorer in Police trim recently, also on this new Aviator RWD/AWD platform.
With the Mustang due to get a major refresh in '20 or 21, I would not be surprised at all to see it get this new platform as well.
It is already known that it was designed to work with hybrid and plug-in powertrains
Ford said months ago that there will be a hybrid Mustang coming for '20 or '21.
An AWD option for the Mustang would hugely increase the car's appeal in the snow states.
I just really hope a V8 will still be offered.
A 500+ horsepower V8 10-speed auto AWD Mustang could be awesome
If nobody has seen it yet. The new Police Interceptor Utility is based on the Aviator.
The 2020 Ford Explorer-based Police Interceptor Utility is USA's fastest cop car
From the article:
Bruh... The Charger got bested by a full-size SUV around a road course?!? LOL
I mean, it's a Dodge, building boats is their specialty
