Probably some investment banker who works downtown. He changes clothes in the office bathroom before leaving for the day and then picks on somebody on the way home to make him feel better. Last time i was there, parkville wasn't exactly teeming with violent killers. Turn the tables next time and follow him. Where ever he goes you follow. Weird Mr hardass out. And you live in Missouri with some of the better gun laws in this sinking country. Take advantage of that fact and go make yourself an owner already.
