Base model 300a car with Recaros and 3:73 gears. Only mods are 15x10 racestars with 275 50 MT radials and 17x4 skinnies with M&H 185 55 17s. Used my TSX to bump the rev limiter to 7500 with a stock file. Took some time to figure out the launch but best pass of the day

I was running brackets just to get a timeshot, wasn't worried about the light, just wanted a good time. I am pretty sure 11s are possible before I change anything else. This was full interior, spare, etc. Only weight reduction was wheels. I loved my 05 but this thing is just crazy fast!! Going to take it to my local track Saturday and see if it will go 11's without any other mods

That's a helluva time, and a great sixty. What was the DA?

If you can stand leaving it stock for ~10k miles, it will wake up even more for another 3mph. That's what my 2011 did. With that sixty, a 114 trap is plenty for 11's.

DA was 212 so the air was pretty good. The car only has 350 miles on it and had about 225 when I made that pass. I agree there is probably a more left once the motor loosens up a bit but it won't stay stock long. I want to try for 11's one more time and then I have a full exhaust, cold air, suspension, etc and will put a real tune on it.

5000 rpms with a very slight slip and yes its a 6 speed manual. Started off with 18 psi and had bogging issues and could only 60 foot in the 1.80s. Added some air and went 1.74 with 22 psi. Went up to 24 psi for the 1.68 pass. There is still a slight bog in the video so I want to try 25-26 psi this weekend.

Our auto will only stall to about 2000 rpms and won't 60 better than 1.9

WOW great e.t!! Thats my favorite color. I took mine to track once last year and ran 12.521 @ 113.98 w/ 1.969 60' on the stock 245/45/19's. It was a warm day and had to go through traps in 5th gear. I had severe wheel hop too. I wonder what it would do with a set of racestars? I see you went with the 275/50 i was gonna go with the 275/60 or 295/55 to help get me through in 4th. I would like to get an 11 sec timeslip with just bigs n' littles before doing driveshaft, cai, tune, o/r h-pipe and lower control arms.

I weighed it on day one and it said 3760 with me in it. I am 250 lbs for reference. I weighed it the next day and it said 3860. I am going with the lighter number.

Congrats bud!!! How do you like the car overall ?

Love it! The seats are very comfortable, car drives great. Not crazy about the transmission so far but its ok.

I was hitting the limiter 100 feet out which is why I raised it. Even without a tune I expected my traps to be 113-114 but it is what it is. The car had about 225 miles on it when I ran it. I used the 275 50 because I had them from the 05 and they were nicely worn in. I will probably end up with 4:56s or 4:88s and a 275 60 15.

Added a video of the pass. Looks like the fronts came up with how the front changed direction but the car is still hopping. Front sway bar removal should help.
