out of curiosity, if you were tuned for 90% e85 and that was mid summer, say you were to take the car out for one drive before winter, would the car run extremely rich?

Yes if the alcohol percent is less it will run rich.

i wonder how much. Like if you're tuned for wot around 11.7 (90% ethonal) and you fill up with 78% percent, would you jump alll the way down to 11.0 or less???
