huh, that's interesting. i guess that's just another way all cars are diffrerent. you could try putting on an eaton blower and see if that gives you a bit better gas mileage...:-D

I think cams and ported heads should be the worst upgrade for gas mileage; so I was pleasantly happy.

+ I was using the A/C about 50% of the time.


Really, I cannot say enough about the performance and reliability of the FR500 setup. It is a very good (simple) balance of good power and high drivability. To bad it is so expensive.
