I stand corrected. I believe I was looking at the older cars numbers. What does the 2011 GT500 do 0-60?
Spin the hell out of the rear tires!
It's the shift issue that would slow a gt500. Shifting earlier and not being able to jam it in second. And traction of coarse.

I resemble that remark.
The two most telling things about that article are that it actually ran a 3.97 0-60 (and they said it could do even better on a grippier surface), and that it outlapped a frigging Audi R8 around Laguna Seca! I want one bad now!

The one guy w a 2011 and slicks ran a 11.11 124mph w a stock gt500. I highly doubt if boss 302 can do that. And evan smith ran a gt500 to 12.02 w stock tires. Here is the 11.11 vid.

If anyone is looking for a way to kill a few brain cells. You should go and read all the posts under that MT article. I was laughing out loud at some of the desperation being expressed on there! Even calling the MT testers liars. Just too much to accept the reality of it. :burn:
That is one bad car. I think it would make a great track car. Drag radials , 4:10's and a good driver and a 11 second track car. Awesome indeed!!!
