I finally got the Volvo to hold a bit more boost with the 4lb Wastegate attached to TD04HL-15g to get the car to dip into the 13s at full weight. I'm hoping once I get all the boost issues under control and my TD04HL-20T rebuilt and installed so I can get a 13.2 or better out of it.

I haven't added a Posi. I partially fixed the boost issue. Last time my CBV was leaking boost and it just would not produce any brake boost off the line. I would get to about 7psi and it didn't want to make anymore. This time after tightening up the wastegate where the puck in it wouldn't move as far and adding another spring in the cbv it would brake boost to 15psi plus pretty quick. I cut a 1.8 60' that run because of it. Once I get the new 17psi Wastegate that should take care of my boost issue. I will reinstall my 20T once I finish rebuilding it. It failed due to the turbo over spinning because of my CBV leaking boost.
