The general consensus on the LT1 is 700whp+ and you should probably consider building it. Some have pushed past 800whp and some have blown before that number.

Is this a ticking time bomb? Most of the big hp LT1 guys seemed to run on meth too.

Unless that's old news and it's been updated with better pistons.

I don't see any LT1 engine holding together at that power level, not for long at least. Plus a hard pass on the Procharger.
