Dresden during WWII had this happen but on a much larger scale.

I believe there was one in Tokyo during the fire bombing raid as well. Crew members of the Super Fortresses above said they were so powerful the fire was actually sucking people in.

no one agrees on the true number, but probably a 100K+, Tokyo's fire bombing was around 100K as well. These are similar to the death tolls at Hiroshima and Nagasaki which are conservative estimates...people where vaporized, completely annihilated...

They reported a fire tornado in the California fires I believe that were massive. Don't think there is video but I thought I heard them say it was one of the largest they had ever seen.

How about a fire tornado that spawns flying spiders? Sounds like another cheesy movie that Hollywood can make millions on.
