Since my exhaust stops right off the muffler, it was melting the rust proofing that is all under my car making an absolute ****ing mess, need to weld these on.

Front suspension wrapped up too and started on the brakes. Eventually did the driver's side front, the rears, and then bleed/flush the entire system with the Motive product.

New wheels are not here yet, but so pumped to get them. I have scoured the interwebs and have not seen them on ANY mustang. Probably because they are relatively new, but I am super excited to see how they look. I should have the rears in the next week, fronts in mid April. 18x9.5 for the fronts and 18x10.5 for the rears.

Stay tuned!

Nice Ride! I also just read through the whole thread awesome work!!

Nice man! Looking forward to a pic of the wheels installed!

Thanks guys!

The seats should be arriving today so I will update with pics. Bad news on the wheels, manufacturing delayed. Rears should be hear towards late April and the fronts will not be here until mid May.

Awesome build man, definitely and inspiration for my red '97. Mine also has the tan/saddle interior, so it's nice to see what it would look like if i ever decide to swap in some nicer seats that are black. Keep up the good work!

Love the seats! You not doing an all black interior?

Thanks!

I might eventually, but to be honest I don'd mind the contrasting parts. I actually think it looks good. The interior has enough black in it where it does not look off.

Thanks bud! I knew tan would be nearly impossible to match as all of the aftermarket stuff I have seen that tries to match the saddle color in these cars looks off. A black seat in this interior is way better than an almost near match in the saddle/tan color in my opinion.

Here is the car with both seats installed.

I agree, the contrast looks great. Beautiful seats, btw. Any idea what the weight savings is, if any, versus the stock seats?

Agreed. That looks really good with both installed. The black seats just blend with the HVAC area and the top of the dash.

From what I have seen stock leather power driver's seats weigh ~56 lbs and the passenger seat is ~38 lbs. The Corbeau Sportline RRS seats weigh ~26 lbs without brackets, and the brackets weigh ~10 lbs. Puts it at ~36 lbs. total.

So I maybe saved 2-3 lbs. on the passenger side. Driver's side definitely saved more, probably ~20 lbs. I don't have a scale in the house, so I did not weigh anything.

Agreed. That looks really good with both installed. The black seats just blend with the HVAC area and the top of the dash.

I am going to switch out the door inserts eventually to black to break up the monotone saddle color to go better.

Well the time has arrived! I'm still waiting for the fronts, but I picked up the rears today. What can I say, I'm ****ING STOKED. These wheels were well worth the wait. I think I am one of the very few people that have these wheels in the states right now. Rear offset is purrrrfect.

SPECS:

Enkei GTC01RR Wheels

Rear: 18x10.5" 22mm Offset

Front: 18x9.5 25mm Offset

Now time for sexy time!
