Finally got my 04 cobra in 10sec club

Private Track rental at MIR on 11-17-2012
1st run:: 1.8 60ft went 11.10 with 130mph
2nd run:: 1.7 60ft went 11.00 with 131.50 mph
There were three more runs went 11.00 and11.10with street tune 620rwhp.....then I switched to my race tune660rwhp with 103 unleaded,,,,,,
It wasn't easy to launch 660rwhp with 4.10 gears and drag radials but I was able to cut 1.6 60ft went 10.91 with 127.60mph,,I know 4.10s are killing me but soon going back to stock 3:55s and some slicks.

Congrats on making a milestone, I am set up with a Whipple 2.3 and irs 6speed ran 10.56 last weekend. looking to hit 10.40 this winter...keep hammering. Its an accomplishment that puts a smile on your face.

good call on going back to 3.55s OP. You'll pick up some MPH with those, your car will then be a back 1/8th car and not an 1/8th car :rockon:

nice job. I ran a couple times at MIR and actually got kicked off the track for the night when i wigged out on the lady in the burnout box for trying to cut me off from my last run.

Thanks man,,its silver mettalic under that wrapp ,,good thing is that original paint is protected so whenever I want to go back to stock color its gonna be as is from day one.

Congratulations! Switching gears will help and not cost you anything anywhere on the track. It should pick up.
