I am currently gathering all of my employment records. I got my first job at the age of 16 as a dispatcher for a taxi company, which was managed by my father. I worked there on/off for from mid-2004 until mid-2007. My question is, should I include the specific dates in which I was employed and not employed with the company, or will stating that I simply worked for the company from 2004-2007 be sufficient? Any advice from LEOS (hopefully someone familiar with the hiring process,) would be great.
