I am currently gathering all of my employment records. I got my first job at the age of 16 as a dispatcher for a taxi company, which was managed by my father. I worked there on/off for from mid-2004 until mid-2007. My question is, should I include the specific dates in which I was employed and not employed with the company, or will stating that I simply worked for the company from 2004-2007 be sufficient? Any advice from LEOS (hopefully someone familiar with the hiring process,) would be great.

Always make sure your answers are as complete as possible. You dont want to give the appearance of wrongdoing or misrepresentation.
