How do you make your borders? Whenever I try to do it, they come out crooked. Yours are even on all 4 sides.

I just create a new layer, hit control/A, then I use Edit/Stroke and select a color and how many pixels I want the border to be. I create 2 layers, first one I used black with 12 pixels, second layer I used red with 3 pixels.
