Bullitt Week Day 3 come with a short list of complaints and grievances:
I want one of these so bad! What about some sound clips? A shot of that digital dash doing it's thing while driving around town would be cool.
Great videos sid. Thanks for an honest opinion.
More stuff on the way.
Day 4 of Bullitt Week brings a discussion of PoU:
I love the look and just about everything about the car, but I’m not a fan of the dash. Give me analog gauges please.
Funny, I like the digital ones much more.
Def screwed up that alert this morning.
In Day 5 we explore whether the 2019 model lives up to the Bullitt Tradition:
We have a Bullitt Week Bonus Day taking a look at what the future may hold:
Congrats to you. Love the new Bullitt. I felt the same way about my '08 Bullitt. The car was just 'special.'
Steeda is the only company I know currently making springs for the Magneride. Drops everything only 20mm all around. The new Steeda tune, built by Tuning by James (who use to be SCT's primary tune builder), is pushing 550 HP, a 70 HP jump over stock- that's some damn fine tuning there and knowing both Steeda and James' sense of streetabilty, practicality and safety, that's damn awesome.
Nice vid. We're hoping to do more with Steeda in the near future.
Yeah I like, but man that engine bay is ugly and crowded. I know it's been talked about so I'm not trying to beat a dead horse.
I agree totally with the weight thing. Why not do what the atv and bikes are doing and integrate a hybrid aluminum frame. Steel at stress points and aluminum elsewhere.
Unfortunately it looks bad for v8s in the future. One bad gas crisis and poof. Get it while the getting is good!
Hopefully in another year or two they just make the GT350 intake manifold/throttle body/airbox standard on the GTs.
By any chance does anyone know if brake parts will bolt on a 2017?
I can see that happening, but probably without the open air filter element.
I don't see why they wouldn't.
Congrats on the Bullitt! I was out in San Francisco for the launch event last summer, and I had an absolute blast with it. If I were in the market today, I'd be hard pressed between one and a GT350.
Got to have a little fun with line lock while I had the car:
Yeah - seems it's just a red version of the performance pack brakes.
