F/S Satin black/Chrome Bolts True Forged Victory's

I have 1 front 18x9 and 1 rear 18x11 True Forged Victory wheels. My car was in a wreck so the driver side were trashed. Each wheels has a small blemish as you can see. Front tie has no more than 2k miles and the rear is about 50% thread life. I contacted steve and asked him how much it would be for the 2 replacements and he said it would be $1600. I want to get $1600 Obo shipped plus paypal fees.
