Unfortunately does not fit 03/04 Cobra.

They will work. The only differences are that the 03-04 Cobra versions come with blue dust covers for the Bilstein's to replace the factory black ones that are on the strut, and no rubber bump stops because the Bilstein's have internal ones. MM sells the covers by themselves; I think they are the shorter ones that come with the CC Plates; they go for $8 a piece.
