If you haven’t ran into this yet… I’m sure you will…

Ford Engineers doing a fantastic job making sure the frame cuts the damn harness on the passenger side exhaust valve.

Part number you’ll need for this is:

Description: WIRE ASSEMBLY - JUMPER.
Part Number: KR3Z14A411G
Quantity: 1
Price: $ 38.88

Reference number located on the harness
KR3V-14B599-DA

I recommend putting some RTV on the section you see is cut, wrapping that in Gorilla Tape and making sure your exhaust is not in a position to cut the harness again.

Once you install the new harness and replace the blown 15amp fuse,

There is a procedure to follow in order to get the valves to calibrate their positions.

Credit goes to nmarz77 over at mustang6G for the procedure.

So that part number is correct? When I look it up at my local Ford it shows an audio cable with 8 plus pins. I’m using the same part number you have listed which is also the one in the tsb. But the image is definitely wrong. Tia

It’s been a minute since I made this post but that is the part number I used. I believe I bought it from Lakeland ford which has a good parts service and ships country wide.
