Everyone has guns; who has body armor?

Body armor is like a comfort item for me now. I love the feeling of taking it off after a long day in the field but there's something about being in them for long periods of time that makes you feel snug and secure. Even when there are uncomfortable elements of them, like when they rub your hips raw, it's still super comfortable to be in.

If you can’t/don’t want to spring for body armor, buy a couple tourniquets.

Massive bleeds are the leading cause of death in the battlefield.

They get treated before airway.

A TQ is solid advice. Make sure it is a real C-A-T tq. Check out North American Rescue. I keep 2 in my IFAIK.

I am so glad to see that your LDH is very high. I see a lot of people wear them too low. Also dont forget Spiritus PCs.

Yeah, the higher the better. I actually hadn't heard of Spiritus but I looked them up and they seem to be a simple PC that you build yourself and are really affordable. Quality is good?

It is. I'd say they are made close to, if not as good as Crye or Shellback. I had one of their PCs but sold it to get back into a Crye. As they say - Crye once.

I'm likely going to buy another kit for darker colors and I'm going to buy Crye because they seem to be the only ones who have multicam black.

Good choice. If you get the stretch CB, get a size 1. They run freakin HUGE.
