Those FHP guys are crazy and cool. Very intimidating if you ask me. When they are spotted they known not to be messed with.

I do not mess with any of them to begin with. I used to drive around in my TA and when I would see a cop I would just nod and smile.

It has been a few years since I snapped that pic, but I do remember them firing it up, sounded like a blown and injected alky motor.

I've seen the Z28 patrol cars and i know Georgia was one of the states that had the early 90/late 80's mustang cop cars...if i'm not mistaken (which i may be) i think that Greenville SC, used to have a corvette cruiser...:shrug: can't remember though

Kansas Highway Patrol has one or two Mustang patrol cars as well. I've seen them sitting at the exits close to the KC Speedway on race weekends. Caught me completely off guard the first time I saw them.

Yes, Illinois has them. I know a State Trooper that lives in town that is allowed to use his 4.6L GT Mustang. He's a really really nice guy.
