Engine gettng hot and low speed fan not coming on Help

I just had the ford dealer flush and fill the radiator after a heater hose got a leak.
Since then on how days like over 90 when I am going slow in traffic or going up a hill it will start to overheat.
I stared it up and watch as it heated up .
the fan came only finally but it was the High Speed fan the low speed fan never came on.
Also when it got the check engine light came on
Any Ideas??

The cooling system probably wasn't burped correctly and there is air in the system.

Check engine? Did you get the code? Is it still lit..

behind intercooler tank on fan scroud is a resistor that goes bad..

Ok thanks I am going to purge the fluid again and see if that helps then check the resistor
