Totaled my first Car which was a speeding ticket (1 year ago)
Driving between the hours of 1-5 Under intermidiate Liscencse. (4-5 Months Ago) Tried to get that diferred and only got it Lowered Which i s B.S

i know if u go ur first 6 months w/o a ticket u can drive between 1-5am w/o a problem
