Just bought the EGR delete kit from Lethal to clean up the engine bay a bit. For those who have done this, does it require a tune revision? Thanks for the help in advance.

Yes, it needs turned off or your check engine light will come on. Also I would get stainless bolts, the ones supplied turn brown.

Any documented gains? Cooler intake charge?

Lost about 3 mpg overall, most notably on the highway where it went from an average of 25 down to 20. No differences in intake temps. Would NEVER do this again. Only reason we did in the first place was because the nut was stuck onto the manifold while trying to install long tubes so I cut the pipe in half.

And yes you do need a tune revision. The car will stall when coming to a stop in addition to a CEL

You MAY gain a couple of hp but ONLY at peak /wot. You will absolutely lose mpg. Not worth it on any street car.
