My fuel pump hasnt come in time and I need my car for the next week. Is it alright to run the stock one for a week?

I wouldn't drive it hard, but as far as just using it I don't see an issue. Is it tuned? What pump was it tuned with.
Your goin to need a custom tune to drive it. You would atleast need 39 lb injectors, pump and maybe a BAP depending on what HP you make. Your tuner should be able to give you a start up tune for whatever setup you have to get the car running and driving but you shouldnt go WOT until its dyno tuned. So yes if you get a tune for a stock pump and whatever injectors and MAF you have you could probably get by until the pump gets in.
I got a tune from Justin at VMP. It's tuned to a SVT focus pump. The pump didn't arrive yet and I can't get it done until next weekend.
