Easy 11.67 pass

This is the second time my cobra has been to the track, first time on drag radials. My first 2 runs 1st and 2nd gear hooked well and 3rd gear broke loose forcing me to short shift to 4th resulting in 12 second passes. The track got better as the night went on, but I was still never confident enough to powershift the car or lauch hard. Ended the night with a 11.67 w/1.79 60ft and 11.87 w/1.87 60ft. both at 119mph. I'm thinking with a 1.5 60ft and powershifting the car will go deep 11's and maybe 10's with some better weather. DA was around 1250 this night and we usually see DA in the -1200's in winter.

I went back to the track this past Friday hoping for some 11.2's with my drag radials. I should have kept running, but it was getting late. I ended the night with an 11.39@124 and an 11.36@124 both against a 2.4 kenne bell cobra on 18psi. DA was around 1050. For some reason at high rpm I get locked out of gear and I can't powershift it.

I just installed a killer chiller a few weeks ago and it works great. Both of my 11.3 runs were from a full temp car that I had idling waiting for my turn to run. I datalogged on my early passes and showed no timing all being pulled, even when hot lapping the car.

What were your IAT 2's with the Killer chiller? I need something like this. My car ran alot like yours but I was seeing stupid high temps.. I want 10's too lol

Idling it stays between 114-116. During the run it dropped to 96* in 1st gear and then the highest it got was 112*. The killer chiller works great!
