For you guys in Michigan looking to tune with E85 in the fall / winter / spring seasons when our E85 is crappy E70 I have found a solution.
Fairgrove Oil has both and will deliver a 55 gal. drum to your door. The guy to contact is Jeff - 989 693 6600.

Delivery is based on distance but 70 miles cost about $80 / barrel. That seems steep but when you consider the price of fuel that is not bad at all.
For $18 each they will include a plastic pump to get it from drum to car.
He said the drums are expendable.
So, now we can tune for E85 in the winter months using E85 locally grown and refined in Michigan! Not sure if each state has something similar.
