Hey Tms217. I dont know if you remember me. I talked to you about getting my cobra into the 12's ant that I was stuck at a 1/4 of 13.04 at 106. Well, I put in the 4:10 gears and I made it. I made it to the track just this passed wednesday and made 4 pass's of street tires( Kumo's ). First run I went an 13.21 at 108.42 with a 60ft. of 1.94. My best 60ft before the gears was only a dispointing 2.27 60ft. Big improvement so everyone get at least 4:10's in your cobra's. Second run I just got into the the 12's with a 12.99 @ 108.02, 3rd run it went a little better with an 12. 92 @ 107.67(little spin from take off, launched at 2,200rpm's. The 4th run was my best of the night. IT went a 12.84 @ 107.27. NExt time I'm going to launch just a little bit highter. A guy there at the track that works there said a 99 cobra with generally the same mods was running 12.50's but launching somewhere in the 3,000rpm range. So i'm going to try that next time. Thanks again for the launching tips you gave me. THey helped alot as you can see.

exactly.

i had read the MM&FF article and that was the deciding factor in my decision to buy the exhaust. that and the fact that it is relatively quiet until WOT.

quite a few people that i've spoken to don't like the exhaust. they all think it's too quiet and the note is worse than stock. needless to say, i disagreed.

good choice!
