Did he do prison time?

Should he have got prison time?
I mean he wasn’t on duty so can’t say anything because he was drunk but that’s a tough call I think.
What say you

I say he should be treated like any other citizen when he’s off duty.

If you or I walked up to a DWI stop drunk and interfered with the investigation we’d be in court defending that with multiple charges.

Ranging from Public intoxication to obstruction of justice.

And I’m sure a night in county to sober up.

I disagree, it comes with the position he should be held to a higher standard. Plenty of position titles were that is the case and I feel like law enforcement should be no different.

I’m confused.

He should receive harsher penalties?

Or he should be “retired” without further punishment as was the case..?
