That doesnt sound good imo,but I have a question for you babigurl..without sounding disrepectful,how do you expect the officer to pull the other car when he/she pulled you?From what you said I dont agree.What do you mean refused medical services?You told the officer you were in labor or about to have a baby,he asked if you needed an ambulance and you refused?
