Well normally I don't like or play repost police but since he advertises it for himself he must be proud of it.
Since he advertises being a reposter and then makes an obvious repost, I'd say he's spamming the site and should be permabanned immediately. Just my observation though.

Everyone speaks of the search function as if its God. Its actually quite crappy, and unless you type in the exact word or phrase it doesn't show sh**.
