Take 5 minutes, got to ford.com, and "build" a F150 Platinum crew cab 4wd with 6.2L V8 and all the bells and whistles, be prepared for your eyes to pop right out of their sockets.

Put your eyeballs back in and try it with a F350, prepare to have a stroke, and for your eyeballs to fall back out.

Ford makes big money on their trucks, as do other companies. Seems that people who buy new trucks want more luxury/features than they did a few years ago. And you've got to have deep pockets now.

I got him to knock off an additional $800!

Was able to use this price to get another really good deal on a red candy fx2 (also fully loaded) and with the appearance package. Just have to decide which one to go with!

Is ford doing the new "gas to diesel" incentive too with their powerstrokes? My dad just bought a '12 crew cab ltz duramax fully loaded for $47k after discounts. He saved like $3k for going from a gas truck to diesel. Just wondering if ford is doing that also.
