Does intercooler piping size matters????

Sounds like the tune still needs to be tweaked. Do you have enough room to move it behind the blower?

talk to the tuner and we are getting a look at it on saturday. I installed the boost gauge today and its reading 8-9 pounds of boost but the first pipe that exits the supercharger to the intercooler came off while steping on the car. im trying to figure hot i can fix this problem cause its probably happening again.

Are you using T-bolt clamps? If not, then that's what you need. And make sure everything is really tight.

Yes im using t clamps but the pipes dont have the little bump at the end.
