Do I have a chance against an 03 GSXR 600?

very doubtful. he'd need a turbo or nitrous to do it, and there are very few people that mod a 600 with either when you can get that power out the door with a liter bike.

I guess it depends on the rider. I kept with with my buddies 04 GSX-R 1000. Typical stock 636 times is low 11's @~128MPH. Take it for what it's worth.
