So I have a bet with a friend, he said he saw on this forum an Aston Martin with a 4.6 dohc motor that was under warranty that broke frozen cam or something like that. I told him I don't think there was ever an Aston Martin that used the 4.6 v8 can someone help settle this bet? Thanks all btw I'm going with it was a panoz.

I think your friend is mis-informed, closest thing they made was a 32v DOHC V8 that was a 4.7L

i know the panoz esparante gtlm uses the terminator engine... and it has the terminator gauge cluster too
So I guess you can't do back to back top speed runs in a Panoz Esparante either! :lol:

The Panoz runs a Ford DOHC 32v V8 while the Aston Martin Vantage uses a 4.3L V8 or 4.7L V8. Its not a Ford engine, its actually from Jaguar.

I highly doubt Panoz Esparante owners are out there doing pulley swaps and having tuners try for 12:1 a/f ratios or leaner.........
The MG X-Power used the 32 valve 4.6L but it looked nothing like an AM. It is a British car though.
