Rear o2's turned off, still getting CEL

I have a DiabloSport Preadator handheld tuner that came with my car. When I got the car the check engine light was on, I pulled the code and it said the "catalyst efficiency below threshold." All last summer the light would continue to come on every so many miles and always the same thing. The rear o2's are turned off in the tune, I have gone through and checked it. Can anyone tell me why this keeps happening. Am I missing something.

I also got a code for "idle higher than expected" however I don't think that has anything to do with the catalyst code. Just my damn sticking accufab TB.:shrug:

I hate the light being on and need help here.

Seems like I read somewhere that this was a common problem with a certain model of Predator tuners. Does anyone know if this is true?

I think I read somewhere thr newest revisions of the software can't turn the rear 02s off

So your clearing the code and it keeps coming back? Are you running the stock midpipe?
And are you SURE the rear 02's were turned off in the tune?

Yes mine is an older model and it has the option to turn rear o2's off. I go through and set it to off and clear the code but within a day or two of driving it comes back on.
