Yeah but the house will need a new house every 8 years to keep it being a house.Yes sir, Dan, it's crazy. Buying a car today (new) is like buying a house, unless you opt for a no frills base vehicle. Hell, wait until the EVs take over. Again, like buying a house!
I'd imagine if you know you can get over sticker at an auction why run the risk of getting blasted online when you can make quick cash and get it in and out quickly. Most dealerships hold these vehicles for months on end with no movement.Send a new car to auction? Hmm...
What's your affiliation to the dealership?

Also no affiliation i stopped by to ask about an order which is how i saw it. I have a Bronco Raptor on order with them thats supposed to be built in September so that would be my only affiliation if anything...
Well, glad it won't be me then lol. But thank you! i got pushed just like the other's again though. Supposed to be built next week, then pushed it to the following week and it got pushed again this morning to late september.....getting kinda tired of it. But like they say "it'll be worth it" lolThey will get a nasty letter from Ford if they send it through an auction...unless all proceeds go to charity.
Congrats on the Bronco Raptor! It'll be a fun ride.
So far all of Ford's threats have gone unpunished. They will get a nasty letter from Ford if they send it through an auction...unless all proceeds go to charity.

I dunno about the EVs man... i REALLY think everyone is wrong on this. A big portion of the popyulace lives in condos and apartments... imagine hanging an extension coord from the 2nd floor of a building in NY. I live in NY and its just not gonna happen. Condo association dont allow that. Charging the damn thing would be an ordeal/ people would steal the extension coord and the vehicle. Top of that ALOT of people dont have enough money to buy even a USED gasoline car. And Evs are basically JUNK when the battery pack gets old.... its not like u can limp around in a EV with a bad battery. it just wont move. u got 7-9 years with a pack from what i gather. If people DONT BUY them.... thats how the free market works... the manufacturers wont build them. Alll we need is a different administration.Yes sir, Dan, it's crazy. It will be the GT500 jigawatts.I mentioned this in another random thread, but might be worth repeating here. I was at a dinner in Monterey on Sat and one of the keynote speakers was Edsel Ford II. He TWICE said, "there will always be a Shelby in the lineup at Ford." He didn't say there will always be a Ford at Shelby. Aaron Shelby was there, nodding his head in agreement.
If the golden goose is laying $100k Mustangs, why kill it?
i just threw up in my mouth a little. It will be the GT500 jigawatts.

I only bought it because it looks exotic. lol............ Now i gotta juice it up so i dont get blown away by mclarens.Purely speculating... but that was probably from your C8's exhaust tip activating your gag reflex.

i love it. I never spent this kinda money on a car before so its alllll new to me. As u know... i have a really hot bike that i spent the last few years workin on... matter of fact... i bought that bike from GNBRETT(our relationship started out rocky... but thats a long story).... anyhow... i fine tuned that bike and tied up loose ends and FINALLY got it 1000 percent sorted as a reliable bike i can take anywhere... U know how brett builds stuff, its a high end build for sure..... the parts list is AMAZING, and ive been doing the little stuff like CF touches and brakes etc.... im at the stage where im having COMPLETE carbon fiber fairings custom made for it along with a CF 5 gallon gas tank. At this point, there is a years salary into the bike... it truly is a 600HP bike at the wheel... the goal is to get it 500 pounds or less. thats my baby. These turbo bikes are extremely fussy though... When i first bought it... I blamed brett for issues the bike had that HE didnt know about(I thought he did at first.) You know how brett is... so we had an argument. anyhow... thats where the bike came from. small world huh? They definitely do look exotic. We rented one in Vegas last year to drive to Hoover Dam and back. Neat cars!
