Day time driving light ??

Hoping you guys can help. My shift partner here at work just picked up a 08 GT 500. In order to get a safety inspection it has to have daytime driving lights (Canada eh!) and his car is from the States. The Ford dealer here has told him the car isn't even wired for this. I thought it would just not have the module installed and all he would need to do is get one and plug it in. Does anyone know just what he has to do to get them to work?

the issue is the HID headlamps.

check your PM's.

just turn your headlights on????

just get a relay for the lower(fog ) lights and he will past the safety !had the same problem.
