Dash lights dim while turn signal flashes

Does anyone elses car do this? They also dim when I hit the brakes. I have a new battery and a newer alt. I have data logged the battery volts all seems well. Any ideas?

what does it do outside the car while problem is happening in car?

If you haven't changed anything on your car recently it's probably a charging issue. You need to go into the vehicle diagnostics and see what you actual voltage is. Anything under 170 is not good.

170v at idle? what should they be at at cruise? im having the same issue.

Mine does this VERY slightly. Only for the turn signals though. Not for the brakes. It also does it when I use the power windows. I thought it was normal but now I'm not so sure. :shrug:

It's not volts, it's unit #'s. Don't know what the conversion to volts is. I believe at cruising should be around 180.

so does it mean the battery is bad, because i just started noticing this happening?
