D.C. Visit Help

Headed up to D.C. in early April. I've been there before, but it's been many years. We're there for 4 days and staying just north of Dupont Circle.

I think our short list looks like this:
Natural History Museum
Air and Space Museum
Capitol tour
National Archives
National Mall (memorials, monuments, etc.)

What are we missing that's must see/do? Also some good restaurant and bar recommendations from the locals would be great.

You'll just miss the Cherry Blossom Festival. We lived just outside of DC in Alexandria when I worked for the Defense Intelligence Agency and always enjoyed the Festival. If you're a AAA member, pick up their Tour Book for DC. You can also Google touring DC or similar and find a lot of good info. There are so many good restaurants in the downtown area I don't think you'll be lacking for good food.
