Im interested but which did you go with? Stage 4?
No damage to them? Are the exhaust cams the same as the intakes? If so how do you tell which is which or does it matter? New springs and retainers are required too right?

I went with comp stage 3 cams. They have a lot more duration. They are almost the same as the Crower stage 4. There are no damage they are practically brand new. Around 500 miles and that's it. The cams are marked Right and left intake and exhaust. You will need springs and retainers.
