Does anyone have any pics of their SN95 Cobra with crosdrilled and Slotted rotors?

My stock brakes are shot and i just bought a Baer Big Brake Kit with Hawk Ceramic pads. Just wanted to get an idea of what the rotors will look like installed!

    Thanks in advanced!

Damn those are sexy, those are the sameones i got, shoulda said that instead of the big brake kit, because i have 17" DD 95 R rims so the 14" rotors with calipers and everything would not clear, i believe? Thats why i purchased the decels with hawk pads to get rid of the stock plain rotors. And i already have the Maximum Motorsports Steel Braided lines. They may not look as good on my car as they do on yours due to the fact that the saleens have a lil bit thinner spokes than the 95 R's.

Keep the pics comin i appreciate it.

and one more quick question for anyone that upgraded to cross drilled / slotted rotors! Even though they arent bigger rotors and im reusing the stock cobra calipers, was the difference in stopping night and day vs stock, or was it not that noticeable? Everything is OEM size and specs, just the different surface. I know they will dissipate heat beter but im not too familiar with brakes?

    Thanks again guys

    -Kyle

probably can't see them in my sig but I've got cross-drilled/slotted rotors on the fronts and rears. My biggest noticeable difference in the braking was the braided stainless steel brake lines. I've got the Russell brand ones.

the front brakes are OEM 13", not 14. so if you bought a 14" kit, it wont fit the 17" wheels. 17" wheels are the smallest you can have on factory 13" cobra brakes.

and i have the same thing as scotty, so no need to repost ;-)

brakes look great, stainless steel lines are on my list of improvements, I'm not sure I trust 13 year old stock lines anymore

They're worse. For best stopping power go with blanks.

was 100 dollars away from totaled! so insurance is fixing everything! I was just curious to see what they would look like on my car afetr they peice it back together, since its been in a wreck, im not even going to bother selling it, just going to put an F1-A Procharger on it, slap on an Aeromotive A1000 Fuel system, with a couple other goodies! :)

I agree with this, I only went with my D/S ones cause I got all 4 for $100 on ebay. For street use, blanks are the best, even competition. D/S are mostly for looks. More surface area...more braking power. It's all in the calipers and pad/surface ratio. Not how many holes there are in the rotor.
