I think the owners knowledge of the fact that it's an Ecoboost and still slapped 5.0 badges on it speaks wonders for the kinda glue this kid ate when he was younger.

Easily fixed. Seriously, remove the stripes and 5.0 badges and you're pretty much golden. And maybe the 22" wheels. We've all seen much, much worse than that.
