With Gen 3 you get a lighter motor (no sleeves), dual injection, factory "ported" gt350 heads, stronger block than gen 1-2, more compression (12:1), and 12mm studs vs. 11mm in Gen 2.
Gen 3 is the future. There are guys who have made 500whp spinning to 8k rpm with easy bolt ons. They make power so easy its ridiculous.
