Thanks all.

Camera is a Nikon D80 and I was using a wobbly tripod :kaboom: .

I am waiting on a wireless remote that should be here any day. This should help the long exposures and not moving the camera. Even with the tripod, just touching the camera and holding the button down still moves it a little. :cuss:

Does the camera have a time delay/self portrait mode? You could always use that to keep the shake away.

Yeah it does. I might try that if this remote doesn't get here soon.
