I am looking to upgrade my cooling system.
I currently have stock fan & radiator in place, so i would like to upgrade for the summer spirited drives.
I had bought a used low mile 03 radiator w/ 180* thermostat but never got around to installing.
Are the newer radiators any better than the 03?
If so any recommendations for a new fan and radiator?

Outside of like a mark8 fan or trying to retrofit newer f150 fans the stock one is probably your best option

180 stat and lowered fan turn on temps can help. If it doesn’t get super cold where you live run it more water and less antifreeze

I used to run a start 180 drilled but was always 180-190 degrees sometimes 195 and that’s with revised fan settings the reische is worth it

I have a custom setup that's for sale.. Custom AFCO with custom fan setup and coolant tank.. and it deletes the upper hose and cross over.. Very simple setup.. deletes the thermostat too.. although you could add one easily
